Default What do initials mean

I'm a "newbie" and I have tried to find the answer on these threads but I couldn't. What do the initials y'all talk about mean. DBK, DK, pax, and many many more. Sorry to be so ignorant but everyday is a new learning experience

Nope definitely not the only one. This gets asked here frequently. The abbreviations make it easier to post but sometimes you just don't know them so don't be afraid to ask. I've been around for a while and some still get me.

CP was already taken. That's the code for the Coral Princess I believe (or it might be the Crown Princess I'm not sure on that one).

Which is why, in airline jargon, they use TATL for Trans-Atlantic and TPAC for Trans-Pacific....
