Default Norwegian Gem Itinerary

Does anyone have or know where I can find a sample Gem Itinerary sheet? I'll be taking the 11/29 Gem out of NY to Bahamas and I anticipate the first few days of no swimming in the pool for the kids (too cold). Once we arrive in Fl and Bahamas we won't be on the ship much. Also I know they have bowling on the ship - is this something I need to make reservations for and are allotted a specific amount of time?

Thanks

No reservations for the bowling alley. Just walk right in. we just got off the Med cruise on the GEM, and never had to wait for a lane. My review is posted on this forum--check it out.
