Do you mean "Emergency Assistance Plus"?

Their benefits are basically what you would receive with most third-party travel insurance plans (if purchased without any cancellation/interruption coverage) except they don't provide any medical coverage.

The biggest difference is that you can purchase the coverage on an annual basis as opposed to per trip. Whether or not this is a good deal depends on how many trips you take during the time of your one-year membership.

The biggest decision you're going to have to make is if you will need trip cancellation/interruption coverages for your planned trips. Since it's almost impossible to insure your trip costs without also getting these assistance benefits as part of the package, on any trip that you insure the trip cost you're double-insured on some benefits meaning money is being wasted somewhere. So if you're one of those that always insures the trip cost for trip cancellation/interruption this program becomes much less of a good deal.

If you're one of those that chooses to not purchase cancellation/interruption coverages then you might want to look at other plans that can be purchased on a per trip basis and see how they price out vs an annual plan.
