I am having this problem also. I have downloaded the tapatalk app twice now onto my iphone 4s but it keeps throwing up the same message:

"This forum is either restricting access from tapatalk or the installed Tapatalk plugin is not working. Please contact your forum administrator".

It works OK on other forum's - what am I doing wrong?

How do I connect to this forum using Tapatalk on my iPad?
I get the message "this forum is either restricting access from Tapatalk or the installed Tapatalk plugin is not working. Please contact your forum Administrator".
It is my first attempt with Tapatalk which I only acquired because when I visited the forum though the web a message popped up inviting me to acquire it.
Please help.

There appear to be several of us getting this message and no one appears to have a solution. I have now loaded the app twice without any joy although it works perfectly well on other forums. Very frustrating . hopefully the forum administrators will pick this up and help solve the issues.

No. I assumed, it may be erroneously, that there was something I had to contact Cruise Critic about when I was told to "Please contact your forum administrator". Silly me!

Ordinary tapatalk seems to be working for me but Tapatalk HD is not able to find the uk version,and like before the .com version will not open

Sorry but what is 'ordinary tapatalk' as opposed to 'Tapatalk HD'. I just downloaded the Tapatalk app from the apple store to my iPhone 3GS?

tapatalk hd is for the ipad and ordinary is tapatalk for the phone

I know it sounds odd but try searching for cruisecritic.co.uk, that may work - good luck

Still not working for me either. Other forums work but cruisecritic is the one I bought the app for. Frustrating.

I'm getting the same message from Tapatalk saying that "the forum" was restricting my access.

I signed on via Safari & have tried both the .com & the .co.uk sites.

The app works for other forums, but as I only bought the app to access CC I'm not impressed......

It's exactly as it was when Tapatalk first was allowed, it took a week or two to sort so hopefully the admins are on it

Not working for me and I have paid twice for the privilege. First time I could access the uk site bit now cannot get access on either site and am just directed to the forum admin. Waste of time and money
